• Departure at 8.05h, Ladeuzeplein.
• You will need your identity card/passport!!
• Don't forget to bring something to eat for lunch.
• During the morning: briefing at NATO HQ Brussel. No cameras (or tape recorders) are allowed inside.
• 12h30 departure for SHAPE. Lunch can be eaten in the bus.
• During the afternoon: briefing at SHAPE, Soignies.
• 18h30-19h00: arrival in Leuven
